Welcome to Easily Delicious! By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms listed below. Please read carefully before ordering our handmade treats.

1. Ordering
All treats are made to order.
A 50% non-refundable payment is required at checkout.
Please double-check your order details before submitting.
Custom requests must be confirmed before we begin

2. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, all sales are final due to the custom and perishable nature of our products.

Easily Delicious is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to extreme or unsafe weather conditions. This includes, but is not limited to:

Snowstorms
Heavy rain or flooding
High winds
Extreme heat affecting treat stability

In the event of severe weather:
Deliveries and pickups may be rescheduled for the next available safe date and time.
Outdoor events may require backup plans for safe storage or display of treats.

We are not responsible for damage to treats caused by heat, humidity, or other weather-related exposure after delivery or pickup.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to weather-related risks, we will do our best to notify you promptly and work with you to reschedule or issue a partial refund where applicable.

3. Allergy Disclaimer
Our treats may contain or come in contact with common allergens like nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
We are not an allergen-free kitchen.
Customers assume all responsibility for consumption.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
We offer local delivery and pickup and shipping in Ohio for a fee
Delivery dates and times will be confirmed after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or courier issues.

5. Refunds & Returns
Because our treats are perishable, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.

6. Use of Photos
We reserve the right to use photos of your custom treats for our social media or website.
If you prefer your treats not be shared, let us know when ordering.
